On this week’s Chowder and Grits, Justin and Tim welcome on James Henderson from Inside Pack Sports. The guys preview the upcoming Virginia Tech, NC State matchup on Thursday night. This will be the first time the Hokies have traveled to Carter-Finley stadium since 2010.
Both teams have question marks coming into the game. NC State recently lost senior quarterback Devin Leary for the season and have turned to senior transfer Jack Chambers. Chambers is a transfer from Charleston Southern and will be making his second career start for the Wolfpack.
The Hokies are coming off their bye week and sit at 2-5. They’re looking to avoid their first winless October since 1952. Justin and Tim discuss what the Hokies need to do offensively to have a shot at taking down the Wolfpack on Friday night.
